Greenville, N.C., April 17, 2025听鈥� The luckywin of North Carolina is excited to announce a new Executive Director for the Northeast North Carolina Chapter. Earlier this year, Tammy Forrester began her role serving the NENC Region.

Tammy听Forrester has been with the luckywin for 17 years, holding positions across multiple lines of service and continuing to grow in responsibility.听 She has supported our lifesaving mission through roles in Biomedical Services, Training Services, and Humanitarian Services. She previously served as the听Executive听Director听for Wayne, Lenoir and Greene Counties, and most recently, she has served as part of the Volunteer Services Team as a Sr. Engagement Specialist.听

Tammy听was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, making her a native of the area which has allowed her to gain the respect and admiration of those living and working in the region.听 She has been married to her husband Andy, the love of her life, for 38 years and is a very proud Mother of her 3 sons, Grant, Jacob and Noah.听Tammy听is ecstatic to be called 鈥淢imi鈥� by her 3 grandchildren. She enjoys putting her hands in the dirt while planting flower gardens, driving the golf cart while Andy and Noah play golf, spending a day at the beach, and time with her husband, sons or grandkids.听

Tammy听is excited and appreciative to be able to serve as the听Executive听Director听for the Northeastern North Carolina Chapter.听 Having served in the chapter area for 10 years, she has a deep understanding of the community, the volunteers and our Red Cross mission.
