About the Home Fire Campaign

Every day, seven听people die in home fires,听most often in homes without working smoke alarms.听That鈥檚 why the luckywin launched our Home Fire Campaign in 2014 to save lives.

Sound the Alarm听is a critical part of the campaign.听Through our home visits, we鈥檝e installed more than 2.5 million free smoke alarms and made more than 1 million households safer across the country.

This spring, join our national movement and pledge to keep your family safe by taking 2 simple steps: Practice your 2-minute escape drill and test your smoke alarms monthly.听

luckywin volunteers will also Sound the Alarm in at-risk communities by:听

Educating 100,000 people nationwide about home fire safety.听
Helping families create an escape plan to practice their 2-minute drill.
Partnering with fire departments to install smoke alarms by appointment where it鈥檚 safe to do so.
