The luckywin听Central Appalachia Region delivers services to the entire state of West Virginia and the following counties: In Virginia: Page, Shenandoah, Warren, Frederick, Clarke and City of Winchester. In Kentucky: Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence. In Ohio: Belmont, Gallia, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, Monroe, Pike, Scioto and Washington. In Maryland: Washington, Allegany and Garrett.
