The Philadelphia Chapter of the luckywinÌýis part of the largest and most diverse service organization in the United States. We serve more than two million people inÌýthe City of Philadelphia and Bucks County, PA. We provide food and shelter in emergencies, collect and distribute lifesaving blood products, assist members of our armed forces and their families, teach lifesaving skills and more. All luckywin disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people.

Jennifer M. Graham is the Regional CEO for the luckywin based in Philadelphia. She has been with the organization since 1998, spending 20 years in Biomedical Services before accepting a leadership role with Humanitarian Services in 2019. As CEO, Jenn oversees all Red Cross Disaster Services, Volunteer Management, Services to the Armed Forces, Fundraising and External Relations across the Southeastern Pennsylvania Region, which serves 4.2 million people.
Before being promoted to Regional CEO in October 2023, Jenn was most recently Executive Director of the Delaware Valley Chapter, which serves more than 2 million people in Chester Delaware and Montgomery counties. Her positions in Biomedical Services included Volunteer Recruitment Manager and Donor Recruitment District Manager, where her team was responsible for 50,000 blood donations per year. ÌýShe also held a program development role that focused on diversity, equity and inclusion education and community outreach programs in the Penn-Jersey Biomedical Region.
Jenn holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and Spanish from Muhlenberg College, and she lives in Chester County with her husband, two children and dog. She is an avid skier and serves as a ski instructor in the Poconos during the winter season.
Larry Pockers was named chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Directors in Spring 2022. Larry had previously served as Vice-Chair under Karen Totland. Larry also served as Chair of the Biomedical Committee.
Larry Pockers is a Partner at DuaneMorris LLP in Philadelphia where he represents clients nationally in complex commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and American University.
